  • Follow these steps to purchase an insurance cover

    Purchasing SendOn Insurance

    1. Purchase an item from an online store. Remember to request a tracking number or that the item’s successful delivery is confirmed by means of a signature once it arrives at our UK hub.
    2. Log-in and click on the ‘Add Insurance’ button under Quicklinks. After reading the necessary information, click on the ‘Purchase SendOn Insurance Now’ button.
    3. Fill in the insurance booking form, completing all necessary fields particularly the SendOn Barcode (you can find this bar code in the email notification), item’s quantity and its description.
    4. Once you finish filling in the application, proceed to the online payment to settle your insurance payment. You will then receive an email confirming your insurance booking. Please take note of the terms and conditions.
