  • I would like to insure my SendOn online shopping. What must I do?

  • Follow these steps to purchase an insurance cover

    Purchasing SendOn Insurance

    1. Purchase an item from an online store. Remember to request a tracking number or that the item’s successful delivery is confirmed by means of a signature once it arrives in our UK hub.

    2. Log-in and click on the ‘Add Insurance’ button under Quicklinks. After reading the necessary information, click on the ‘Purchase SendOn Insurance Now’ button.

    3. Fill in the insurance booking form, completing all necessary fields particularly the item’s quantity and its description.

    4. Once you finish filling in the application, proceed to the online payment to settle your insurance payment. You will then receive an email confirming your insurance booking. Please take note of the terms and conditions.

  • Can I insure more than one item?

  • Yes you can however you must ensure with the seller that all the items you wish to insure are sent in ONE package. The insurance cover will only cover items sent together in one package. If items are sent individually, an individual cover must be taken for each item. We recommend that if you are going to order more than one item with a seller, you contact this seller and ensure that the items will be sent in one package.

  • What if the UK vendor asks me for a contact?

  • Can I use SendOn for a large and heavy item?

  • The maximum weight package is 30 kg and the maximum dimensions of items (packaging included) are 150cm x 100cm x 100cm.
